Day 1 Ha Giang – Quan Ba – Yen Minh – Dong Van

08:00 Enjoy a local breakfast with bánh cuốn (Ha Giang’s steamed rice rolls), then check out.

08:30 Depart from Ha Giang and start your journey.

09:30 Stop at Quan Ba Heaven Gate for sweeping views of the Twin Mountains and the valley below.

10:00 Pause at the Lonely Tree and Can Ty Slope, simple but iconic spots for photos and fresh air.

11:45 Lunch in Yen Minh, a quiet town surrounded by limestone hills.

13:00 Visit Sao Ha Village, where H’mong families live in traditional houses and keep their daily life as it has been for.

14:30 Drive along the winding curves of Tham Ma Pass, one of the most scenic roads in Ha Giang.

16:00 Explore the Vu Family Mansion, more than 100 years old, with its stone stairs, wooden doors, and timeless atmosphere.

18:00 Arrive in Dong Van, check in at Serenity Bungalow, and enjoy dinner before resting for the night.

Day 2 Dong Van – Ma Pi Leng – Lung Cu

08:00 Start your day with a warm breakfast at the homestay.

08:30 Conquer the legendary Ma Pi Leng Pass, one of Vietnam’s “Four Great Mountain Passes,” with sweeping views of limestone cliffs embracing the emerald Nho Que River.

10:00 Take a boat trip along the Nho Que River, gliding through Tu San Canyon, the deepest canyon in Southeast Asia. Lunch in Dong Van.

13:30 Pause for a coffee break at Deo Gio (Windy Pass), where you can soak in the panoramic mountain scenery.

14:00 Visit Thien Huong Village, home to the Tay people, and see its 500-year-old ancient tree.

15:00 Head to Lung Cu Flag Tower, the northernmost point of Vietnam, then explore Lo Lo Chai Village, known for its earthen houses and vibrant cultural traditions. Return to Dong Van for an overnight stay!

Day 3 Dong Van – Meo Vac – Yen Minh

08:00 Check out and enjoy breakfast. (On Sundays: depart earlier at 07:00 to catch the vibrant weekly ethnic market, a rare chance to see local minority groups trading and gathering.) After breakfast, visit the Youth Monument, a symbol of Ha Giang’s history and spirit.

09:30 Visit Don Cao (Dong Van Fortress), a French stone stronghold perched above town.

10:30 Pause for coffee at a charming café in the Ancient Quarter, where century-old houses carry stories of the past.

12:00 Lunch in Dong Van

13:30 Short break at the Meo Vac Information Center, a good spot to stretch and refresh.

15:30 Experience the legendary M-shaped Curves, a dramatic road with nine tight bends carved into the mountains.

17:30 Arrive in Yen Minh, check in at a cozy homestay, and take a gentle walk around the village.

18:30 Share dinner with your hosts and enjoy a peaceful overnight stay in Yen Minh.

Day 4 Yen Minh – Lung Tam Village –  Thai An Waterfal –  Ha Giang 

08:00 Start the day with a relaxing breakfast, then get ready to check out from the homestay, as we head towards the final day of your adventure

09:30 Step inside the stunning Lung Khuy Cave, filled with sparkling stalactites and stalagmites.

13:00 Visit Lung Tam Village, where Hmong artisans keep the centuries-old craft of flax weaving alive.

13:45 Short stop at Thai An Waterfall, a peaceful cascade tucked away in the forest.

15:00 Capture a memory at the symbolic Km 0 Milestone in Ha Giang City. Return to the hotel, freshen up, then 15:30 board the sleeper/limousine bus back to Hanoi.
